Hi there . I’m Paul, a Scottish artist living on the east coast. I’ve spent nearly 30 years working in the games industry, doing everything from pixel pushing to art direction, across a bunch of great teams and companies in Dundee.

I’ve recently turned my artistic focus back to something that’s always brought me real joy, creating the art that I love. That’s where The Iconic comes in.

The Iconic is a collection of colourful, modern portraits celebrating people I see as truly iconic—musicians, actors, artists, cultural legends. Folks who’ve inspired me throughout my life. Each piece is my wee tribute to them, full of bold colour and energy.

Art’s always been a passion of mine, whether it was sketching as a lad, designing for games, or now working on these prints.
